Auxiliary Equipments |
Various manufacturers of India, and aboard require advanced Auxiliary Equipment for Rotomoulding Process. The prominent among them is Extruder Machine and Vibro Screen. The brief description of these Auxiliary Equipment is given below:
Extruder Machines: |
Extrusion machines are used in diverse industries for manufacturing plastic sheets, copper or steel wire, plastic tubing and various food types. It is used with different kind of material to manufacture various types of products. In industrial application, plastic is extruded using this machine to produce insulation, food packaging film, automotive parts, cladding sheets and tubing products like plumbing pipes and electrical conduit. Besides, steel and alloys are extruded to develop pipes, rods and wire, which are further used for construction and light engineering work. The machine is capable of using either cold or hot material, which is completely melted before extrusion.
There are two types of Extrusion done using Extrusion machines, which are briefed below:
Hot Extrusion:
The material which is to be extruded is heated at melting point, prior to its use. It is basically done during the injection moulding process.
Cold Extrusion:
It is limited to metals like steel, lead, copper, tin and aluminium. It gives a better surface finish and quick extrusion times as compared to hot extrusion.

Vibro Screen Machines: |
Vibro Screens are used in diverse industries for various applications. It is the vital machine, which is suitable for grinding of polymer and plastic granules. This machine is perfect to remove the oversized particles and dust particles from the granules. And, when the Vibro Screen is used for reprocessed material such as scrap cutter, it separate un-cut pieces and fine dust from it. Owing to its outstanding performance and perfect cleaning & dusting activity, its demand has increased in plastic industry. The product is available in the market in various configurations suiting to business needs.
