Hot Stamping Machinery |
Hot Stamping Machinery work on hot stamping technology, which is an ancient method of dry printing dates back to 19th century. This is a popular process of embossing or gold tools during book printing. For the first time in history Hot stamping was recorded in the year 1892 in Germany. This become a famous mean of marking plastic from the year 1950. Security printing is one of the areas, where Hot Stamping is widely used.
Being a prominent process in the field of lithography (a printing process where water and oil don't mix), Hot Stamping describes an activity where already dried ink or foil are changed into a surface at high temperature. This is an environment-freindly non polluting method of engraving. This process basically includes the following steps:
- A die is mounted as well as heated
- The product is placed below of the die
- A painted as well as metalized roll-leaf carrier is placed between the two
- The die is pressed down through this
- The used foil or dry paint is impressed into the aboveground of the product
Today in the market there are various Hot Stamping machinery are used like Vertical Machines, Roller Conveyor, Cylindrical Part Marking, Wire Marking, etc. Several basic materials including magnesium, copper, brass, hardened steel and silicon dry are used in these machines. The crucial part of effective hot stamping depends on the lucidity of the artwork. Following are the features of these machinery:
- User friendly & compact Machine design
- Efficient structure of pneumatic system and an auto lubricator is used with easy adjustment
- Inductive sensor is quite easy to adjust
- Easy adjustment of the level of heater
- Correct depth adjustment can be attained with micro-adjustment
- Foil feeder with special motor rotates accurately
- Both hands push button prevent industrial accident
- The machine can be easily moved by the working table with wheels
- Single Cycle as well as Auto cycle operation
- X,Y table with Micro Adjustment
- Easy Up & down movement of the stamping Head
- Easy control of low pressure
- 3 Timer controls for better performance
