Rotomoulding Applications

When it comes to manufacturing large hollow plastic parts, nothing beats the process of rotomolding. Compared to other molding or casting processes like injection or blow molding, rotomolding is exceptionally cost efficient and the products produced are also of better quality.

Ice Cream Making Machinery & Equipments

To install an ice cream plant machinery depends on number of factors such as how a manufacturers provide ice creams to year-round consumption, or how is domestic freezer incursion determining consumption in rising markets and what is the market size of ice cream.
Ice Cream Plant Machinery
Ice cream machines were developed in 19th century in America where Nancy Johnson from Philadelphia invented a small-scale ice cream freezer and later on patented it under US law. This was starting point of ice cream manufacturing, though very primitive, the fundamental method that is still being used by companies.

History of Early Ice Cream Machines:

The earlier machine was rudimentary and simple. Inside a wooden tumbler filled with salt and ice, a metal container was placed. The ice cream ingredients were put inside the metal container, and salt mixed with the ice kept it below the freezing point. The bucket or tumbler was covered, and the metal container had paddles that had a crank outside the wooden bucket. To make the ice-cream one had to rotate the crank after 20 minutes.

The birth of modern ice-cream machines was the contribution of German engineer Carl von Linde who developed an industrial refrigeration method based on the fundamental methods of making ice-cream of early times. The industrial method helped to make mass amount of ice-cream without storing natural ice. In the contemporary method, liquid nitrogen is used to do the freezing part to avoid crystal grains.

Features of Modern Ice-Cream Plant and Machinery:
Ice Cream Plant Machinery
  • Today ice-cream machines are robustly designed to manufacture large of amount of ice-cream.
  • Most of the ice-cream machines are hands free and automatic
  • Some machines need to be assembled before using, so it can easily carry to another place.
  • There are many setting points and with a safety control valve.
  • Most of the machines have self-aligning bearings that give smooth rotation of the parts.
