Plastic Scrap Grinder Machine |
We design and manufacture plastic scrap grinder machines, which find application in recycling the disapproved/discarded/waste plastic products. Some people mistakenly consider the plastic grinder same as granulators, but there is a little difference between the granulator and grinder that is, the granulator machine is used to turn the plastic scrap into grain sized particles while the plastic grinding machines cut the rejected plastic products into small pieces then grind properly to turn them into powdered form. Hence, our plastic scrap grinder machines are mostly used in processing of various plastic and polymers thus are used in various industries and process like rotomolding, blow molding, injection molding, thermoforming, etc. to make various kinds of plastic products.
Plastic scrap grinders are widely used in polymer processing. Normally, every polymer processing industry has atleast one grinder to grind plastic scrap and pvc scrap. Without the plastic grinder machines, none of the polymer processing industry will be working. Almost all polymer processing industries utilize such plastic scrap grinders for their convenience and economical working procedure.
These grinder machines are also being used to reduce down the space to store the volumetric rejected pvc/plastic articles for storing and transporting for subsequent process in the form of compact packings to handle conveniently. The recycled materials, either blended with the regular virgin materials in small amount without affecting the finished products or entirely with the recycled materials with separate identity or disposing to other manufacturing plants.
The rotating abrasive wheel in such plastic grinders is usually power driven and is fitted along with a bed with fixture so as to hold and guide work piece. The speed of this wheel is related to its diameter, which can be controlled as per the user or operator. The grinding wheel in these machines can be made to travel across a fixed work piece. On the other hand, the work piece can also be moved while the grinding head is still. Some modern grinding machines use vernier calibrated hand wheel or numerical control in case the most precise control of grinding head or tables position is necessary.
Substantial amount of heat is produced during the whole grinding process, as the grinder functions on abrasion. It is very important to cool down the grinding machine at regular intervals using a coolant so that the work pierce does not get over-heated or exceeds its tolerance. Moreover, the coolant also benefits the operator as in some cases over heating may cause burns.
Initially, we were manufacturing plastic and pvc scrap grinders to look after the requirements of the rotomoulding industry. But, with technical advancements and increasing demands from several different polymers processing companies, we innovated energy efficient plastic/pvc scrap grinder machines that have the features of low noise, compact structure, and sturdy construction. These new generation plastic scrap grinder machines are used in various plastic and other industries as well. Today, we are manufacturing wide array of such plastic scrap grinders to entertain various polymer processing industries along with the rotomoulding machineries.
